How it Works

Donation goes through on your CauseMatch campaign page

Data is sent instantly to AdmirePro

  1. AdmirePro’s Auto-Match links the donation to an existing Account (contact) or
    holds it for review.
  2. If no match exists, a new Account is created automatically.

Donation details appear under the correct Account as a Payment/Pledge record

What Data Is Synced

Once the integration is set up, every donation sends over the following:

A. Donor Details (Account fields):

  1. First name & Last name
  2. Email address
  3. Phone number
  4. Mailing address

B. Donation Info
(Payment/Pledge fields):

  1.  Donation amount
  2.  One-time or recurring status
  3. Payment method (e.g., credit card)
  4. Donation ID
  5. Public comment
  6.  Team / Ambassador Name
  7. Tags or custom labels (if set during setup)
  8.  Any additional fields you’ve included on the donation form
    (Payments and Pledges are treated the same for mapping purposes.)

What We Need From You

AdmirePro access

CRM URL + an admin login (temporary or dedicated).

Campaign readiness

1.  Your CauseMatch campaign page must be live with all gateways,
ambassadors, and checkout fields finalised.

2. Changes to checkout fields later will require us to re-map and re-test
the integration.

AdmirePro Campaign

Tell us which existing Campaign to use or we can create a new one on your
behalf.

A brief onboarding with our team to finalize setup

We’ll configure a secure feed, run test transactions, and confirm
everything with you before going live.
