Lives shattered by the loss of a loved one. Who will arrange the shivah, provide for the family’s needs, and coordinate the many logistics?

ZAKA has always been just a phone call away, ready to provide the aveilim with every need, from low chairs and benches, to sifrei Torah and portable water coolers.
Yet one thing has stood in the way of reaching the thousands of aveilim throughout Israel: a means of delivering the much-needed equipment.
Unfortunately, many mourning families have been unable to benefit from this chesed, being without the ability to retrieve and return the necessary goods.

Chesed Truck can eliminate the burden, but ZAKA needs $140,000 to make this happen.

If we provide the truck, ZAKA will provide a full-time driver to deliver the items to shivah homes across the country.

Help us help ZAKA!
L’zecher nishmas Shlomo a”h ben Avraham Yochanan Kaplan, who in his short four months brought radiant light and happiness into the world, we have undertaken to change the way mourners experience shivah here in Israel.

We turn to you, our dear friends and supporters, to partner with ZAKA in this initiative that will help reduce the anxiety and concerns of families in their most challenging times. In the merit of easing the burden of the aveili Tzion, may Hashem end our communal aveilus over the loss of the Beis HaMikdash and rebuild it speedily in our days.
