You are reading this because you care about giving people their dignity. When they’re at the lowest points, you’re willing to reach out your hand.

Individuals who can’t earn a living to support themselves and their families are often at their breaking points. Unless someone steps up to help, they will continue to spiral deeper into despair, losing their self-respect and hope. But you can change all that.

You can give those in our community the gift of financial independence. You can help them support themselves and their families, equipping them with lifelong skills to find work and make smart employment choices.

That's why your gift to Work Avenue is so important.

Your gift enables people to get back on their feet and contribute to the workforce.

Think about someone like Andrew.

Andrew is in his 50s and was Salesman of the Year three times in the early 2000s. But in the blink of an eye, the world of sales changed. The skills that once defined his success are now entirely obsolete.

Andrew can talk himself into any job… but keeping it is a different story.

He has a mortgage to pay and children to feed. And he grows more dejected each passing day. Andrew’s wife believes that his professional instability has played a crucial role in his recent bout of depression.

But your gift will lift Andrew up. You can teach him how to transfer his old-school skills to a 21st Century workplace. You can give him his dignity back.

When you donate, you help people like Deborah, who has been out of the workforce for 20 years. Her family can no longer live on her husband’s salary alone. But the more she explores the market, the more overwhelmed she becomes… and the faster her self-esteem plummets.

Your donation means that people like Andrew and Deborah will find jobs and live their best lives... knowing they have paychecks on the way and food on the table to support themselves and their family.

But, of course, none of it is possible without you.

We cannot continue to support the community without your help. Our clients depend on people like you. People who care about giving others the gift of financial independence.

Please donate today and help others earn a living to support themselves and their families.

I had been made redundant and lost all confidence. I became extremely down and was struggling to find suitable opportunities and got increasingly anxious over job applications. I desperately wanted to be back in work. My CV needed updating and interview technique tweaking. Work Avenue did just this. They rebuilt my confidence and restored my faith by listening to me and giving me the exact guidance I needed.” - Talisa

This cause is so important that a group of donors has challenged us to raise £750,000 in 36 hours. In order to help with that goal, they have agreed to TRIPLE every pound you donate to this campaign.

But you only have until 23rd of  September for the match to kick in so please don't wait any longer!

Open your heart and donate to help people like Andrew and Deborah and so many others in our community.

Tell your story. Why did you donate to Work Avenue?
