The future is already here!
As part of a strategic plan we have crafted for the next few years, Tzalash will be broadening its activities:
-
Completion of tractates – the soldiers study Gemara, mishnayot or Rambam and celebrate the “siyum” with the Tzalash team.
-
Field visits – Tzalash rabbis visit the soldiers on the bases and in the field and serve as their spiritual mentors.
-
Study tracks – each soldier can choose a study track from among a selection of books and study programs.
-
Soldiers’ call center – a 24/6 call center providing personal support on every subject.
-
Melaveh Malkah – gatherings for soldiers on Motza’ei Shabbat to build a connection to the Torah during leave in the soldiers’ home environment.
-
“Eshet Hayil” – conferences and meetings for soldiers’ wives and married couples. When a member of a couple is in the army, the couple needs special spiritual guidance and support tailored to the Jewish household.
-
Weekly WhatsApp message – each week, soldiers will be sent Words of Torah on WhatsApp and by email.
-
Monthly video – once a month, soldiers will be sent a Torah lesson providing an elevated, uplifting perspective on their military service.
-
Tzalashnik card – a discount card for stores that further the soldier’s spiritual growth (such as bookstores and others).
