Mechinat Keshet Yehuda is the second oldest and third in the number of graduates among the religious mechinot. It teaches in light of Rav Kook’s teachings, to deepen faith and strengthen the bond with our traditional sources, while heightening the desire for meaningful service in the army and contribution to the state.
We are privileged to see the results of our labors blessed in our graduates, who go on to become senior officers, leaders in education and settlement, as they combine a life of Torah and service, are impactful in their military and civilian lives and raise wonderful families.
Mechinat Keshet Yonatan has been involved in this exciting process for thirty years.
We accept young men who seek to distill and consolidate their personal and religious identity, and we see them become devout leaders in the IDF, the community, their families and all areas of life.
Naturally, alongside the preservation of the unique traditions that have developed in the mechina, we continually learn and renew ourselves, especially in recent years, in order to address the needs of the new generations.
However, we need to renew the physical dimension too. We are currently bidding farewell to our old dormitory building and are building a new, more spacious one to take its place so that we can continue to grow and serve as a home for new students.
In honor of Keshet Yehuda’s 30th anniversary, we invite you to join us in celebrating and building, and help us preserve the mechina’s glorious tradition and provide a home in every sense for both the new students now coming and the future generations to come.
