Mend an Orphan’s Broken Heart

Burglars trashed the orphanage,
stealing anything of value from the girls of Girls Town Jerusalem.
Their sense of security is lost.
Their feelings of vulnerability run high.
But luckily, there are people like YOU
who will help these young girls rebuild a lost sense of stability.

Girls Town Jerusalem - an orphanage for hundreds of young girls - was robbed.

Think about it: A young girl who has already lost her parents…. Who has already felt way too much pain and suffering… a young girl who simply doesn’t deserve this… now has to endure yet another traumatic event in her life.

Strangers - evil people - have rifled through her most precious belongings. At this very moment, she can’t imagine ever resting easy again. What was left of her sense of security has vanished.

On the last night of Passover, Girls Town Jerusalem had a burglary. Burglars cut the alarm system. They ransacked the building, breaking open locked offices and rooms. They took anything that looked valuable. Not satisfied with the first night’s work, they returned the following night to wreck a second round of havoc.

Now, we turn to you, someone who cares about the plight of young orphans. Hundreds of them. Some as young as six-years-old! In their greatest moment of need.

You can help rebuild the security around the Girls Town campus. You can restore a lost sense of stability.

Because of you, the girls of Girls Town will have improved reinforced steel doors and window bars. Each dollar you give means another meter toward a security fence. Each dollar means a more sophisticated surveillance system. Your gift ensures that this never ever EVER happens again. Not here. Not on your watch.

Because of you, the girls of Girls Town will receive the psychological help they need to recover from this terrible trauma. Their rooms were turned upside down. Their sentimental items - like a last present from a parent - were stolen. Replaced with feelings of vulnerability and fear.

Girls Town Jerusalem is supposed to be the safety zone for our girls. We have been violated. Without your help, we are simply nervous that it can happen again. But you can keep the girls of Girls Town safe.

When you donate to Girls Town, you invest in the future of the Jewish People. You right the ultimate wrong. You give these girls hope in a world that has shown them unbearable pain.

Please donate today.

This cause is so important that a group of generous donors has agreed to match each and every dollar you donate to this campaign.

This is an unbelievable opportunity that will transform the lives of the residents of Girls Town Jerusalem. Donate today and make a world of difference for a young person who has just lost everything she holds dear.
