Emergency Pesach Campaign for the Needy Breslov Community of the Holy Land
The corona virus has wreaked complete havoc on Jewish life.
But as challenging as the situation is for us, Corona is an even greater calamity for the poor and needy of Israel and Jerusalem. For hundreds of years, Chassidic communities of Eretz Yisrael have sent delegates to the United States and other countries in order to solicit funds for the needy. The funds collected have always been critical especially before Pesach when parents must not only provide matzos and meat for Pesach, but also purchase once a year goods like clothing and shoes. But now, due to the recent travel ban, for the first time, these communities will not be able to solicit these crucial funds. Furthermore, Corona has devastated the Israeli economy and many more are in need of funds than in previous years!
What will these children eat on Pesach? Will parents be forced to tell their young ones that they can’t afford their once a year purchase of clothing and shoes?
The Breslov Research Institute with our worldwide reach has been tasked by the leading Breslov Rabbinic leaders to rise to the challenge of sustaining the Breslov community during these trying times.
We urgently need your help and support. We can ensure that many hundreds of beautiful Breslov families are able raise their children in the Holy Land and serve God with joy and devotion during Pesach and beyond.
In appreciation for your generosity, Breslover Chassidim who receive these urgent funds will pray for the health and success of you and your family. (Please include your name when you contribute)
