Their apartments weren’t large or spacious but they were home. A simple roof over their heads, an oasis from the world, a nest for their growing families. And then amidst the Erev Pesach rush, a fire broke out in Batei Warsaw, leaving 23 families homeless and helpless- including 83 children. We asked you to give and you did! But now it’s a month later, and they are still on the streets. We want to give them homes, hot food, good clothing, but we still need to raise a lot more money. Help us. Open your hands during these sefirah weeks of friendship and goodwill. Give to your brothers and sisters in need. Your donation will be doubled, one dollar turning into two.
And maybe in that merit, we will truly receive the Torah this year with the coming of Moshiach, speedily in our days.
